Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.

I enjoyed my stay there. Clean and cosy room. Very practical which I appreciated. Good size and comfortable bathroom. I also have a kitchen with all appliances! If you want to stay there for longer you will be fully independent if you choose so.

Nice hotel. Spa really nice. But not impressed with having to pay service charge in the bar. It was 2 bottles of beer. We ordered at the bar. We had to pour them ourselves and take to table so not sure where the service came in

Played some black jack the dealers are friendly. Overall just not a nice atmosphere and everyone miserable

I had never visited and told the seating girl that. She never told us to go to the counter to place our orders when she gave us our menus, it was a other customer who told us after we sat like lemons go 30 minutes.

This was a fantastic casino before it was bought by "double diamond gaming" I was appalled by my visit recently to see what this place became, nothing but street thugs hanging around with hooded jackets Leeds casino on and rude staff, I didn't feel safe at all, I won't be returning

The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the same from their side. A restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £40 more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £cem. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!

Nice place to have fun and enjoy with family. They have got good food shops and a lot of different shops to chill. Parking is huge so no problem for parking.

Staff stare alot at customers, kind of intimidating especially if your new to the scene and don't know how to gamble.. only issue I had. Overall good experience, il defo be back

The Chinese restaurant in the casino is horrendous. We ordered beef and lamb for hotpot but it’s not really look fresh as there’re some black spots on it.

Walked round the outside of the West,Raglan & Family Stands to access the north side of the ground where my seat was,in the Stanley Barnes Stand. As it was such a hot early evening i was glad for the water dispersers and though the concourses are mostly open (except the South Stand) there was plenty of space for food & drink huts around the boundary walls which still left a good amount of room for people to move around and get to their seated areas. With a majority of the ground bieng open seating a fully unobstructed view of the pitch was on offer however i would point out the Upper Tier of the Eric Hollies Stand does contain a number of slim supporting roof angles and a row of more substantial columns near the rear which will likely cause a big obstruction of the field of play. Having said that,the modern 3D online ticket purchase system should also show up these columns so you know in advance what view you will have. Photos enclosed from my visit.
